Return/Refund Policy for Freeman’s Furniture

In Store-Special Orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if
cancelled prior to shipping from the manufacturer. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS
SHIPPED THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS.

Lazboy,. Flexsteel, Beautyrest- NO special order cancellations.  These are made to order items and Cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Customer Responsibilities:
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that merchandise fits in their home. Please measure before you order.

ALL MATTRESS AND FOUNDATIONS SALES ARE FINAL

ALL FURNITURE/MATTRESSES THAT HAVE BEEN IN AN
INDIVIDUAL’S HOME IS NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-
REFUNDABLE

NO FURNITURE/MATTRESSES WILL BE HAULED OFF
FROM YOUR LOCATION. NO EXCEPTIONS!
