In Store-Special Orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if
cancelled prior to shipping from the manufacturer.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS.

Lazboy,. Flexsteel, Beautyrest- NO special order cancellations.  These are made to order items and Cannot be cancelled once ordered.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that merchandise fits in their home. Please measure before you order.
